Author Readings
PRL hosts visiting authors in order to give its patrons the chance to meet and learn from some of the people who create the books we enjoy reading. Author readings have taken place at the library as well as other locations in the community, such as schools and the Lester Centre.

Tales for Twos
Tuesdays 10:15 - 10:45 (July 13 - 27)
This half-hour program is for two-year-olds and their parents or caregivers. Join us for stories, songs, fingerplays and more! This is a wonderful opportunity for your toddler to interact with others of the same ages, while exploring all the library has to offer.
Story Hour
Thursdays 10:30 - 11:30 (July 15 - 29)
or Fridays 1:30 - 2:30 (July 16 - 30)
This hour-long program introduces your pre-schooler to the world of books! Each week we explore different themes through books, songs, and other activities.
Reading Rocks - Kindergarten (completed)

Reading Rocks - Grades 1-3 (completed)
Tuesdays 2:00 - 3:00 (July 13 - August 17)
