Cascadia Conservancy for healthy and sustainable environments

The Cascadia Conservancy fosters leadership in rural British Columbia.
The conservancy promotes healthy and sustainable environments which link the
protection and enhancement of natural eco-systems with human settlement that
includes a vibrant local economy. The conservancy was started in 2009 by
former local government representatives, rural activists, and educators in
an effort to provide rural and remote BC with services and support for
special projects, advocacy and planning. Presently the conservancy is
launching a number of initiatives including a new magazine called BC Inland
