02. Crate o' Preserves by Dolly Harasym
Dolly says “I’ve always enjoyed having a full pantry of goods that I’ve grown or gathered in the wild and then preserved. I would like to see more people get inspired to grow and preserve their own food.” This wonderful offering includes the book The Complete Book of Home Preserving, the crate and everything in it! We paired Dolly’s generous gift with The Complete Preserving Book by the Canadian Living Test Kitchen.
Hours to make: too many, cost of book and crate: $60.00, cost of the preserves: priceless. Dolly would like to see a minimum bid of $100.00.
