12. Jean’s Purple Project by Trish Banighen

That was the name the late Jean Clerihue wrote on the box that Trish found, which included a few finished squares. Trish copied the squares Jean had made, added purple fabrics for sashing and finished up yet another of the surprise projects Jean had left. Trish was inspired by the color and title on the box to choose Alice Walker’s The Color Purple to accompany this piece.
