46. A Trio of Treats by Devlin Fernandes

Mouthwatering and delicious, what’s better than a collection of treats to take home to share and enjoy? The classic chocolate chip cookie, from Smitten Kitchen, comes complete with salted tops. Chewy, spice-filled Wanda’s Nova Scotia ginger cookies are perfect with a cup of tea. Finally, the nutty granola (gluten free!) feature maple syrup, dried cherries and goodness galore, inspired by a recipe from Oh-She-Glows. All freezable, they’ve been paired with If You Give a Mouse a Cookie by Laura Joffe Numeroff, be careful about giving one to any ‘mice’ at home, as you might come back to empty jars!

45. Quilted Potholders and Sewing Bag with Pincushion by Sarah Ridgway

Sarah has donated two quilted potholders adorned with her block-printed motifs, a seahorse and a turtle, to grace your kitchen, and a very useful catch-all to have by your sewing machine. The pincushion hold it in place and the bag catches all the thread and fabric snippings. Pretty and useful, the bag is reversible so you can change the mood at will! To showcase one of Sarah’s many talents, we have chosen Block Print- Everything You Need to Know for Printing with Lino Blocks, Rubber Blocks, Foam Sheets and Stamp Sets (all of which Sarah does!).

The cost to make is about $10.00; Katie would like a minimum bid of $5.00.
