Exhibit and FibreNet Multimedia Display

Exhibit Multimedia Display

The net, the peoples' voices, their photographs, and works of art will be used to build a permanent exhibit at North Pacific. This interactive, multimedia exhibit will explore new dimensions of the past, using a constantly-running audio tape, sound and light to lead visitors from story to story. It will also house a web-site, called FibreNet, which will include more audio and visual information, accessable from the site, or to the larger community through the web. This exhibit will give people a place to celebrate their past and present, and will be of lasting benefit to the community.

FibreNet Multimedia Display

FibreNET is a website and interactive multimedia computer system which will hold all the information of the gathering by artists and project coordinators throughout the process -- the storytelling, the experiences, the witnesses, and the manufacture of the physical net.
