(If you live in Prince Rupert…) Chelsea’s inspiration was the book Sourdough by Sarah Owens; unfortunately we don’t have that title and have substituted The Tassajara Bread Book by Edward Espe Brown [1], that taught a generation to bake bread and that includes recipes for sourdough.
