Laura Esposito: 3 jars of Antipasto: Laura's mother obtained the recipe for this antipasto from the newspaper in Trail over 60 years ago, and Laura has been making it for forty years, ever since she arrived in Prince Rupert. It is delicious on crackers or served with meats and cheeses as part of a first course, Italian style. A batch of 26 jars takes 10 hours to make and costs $110 for the ingredients, plus the cost of the jars and lids. Minimum bid: $40 for three jars.
