We understand that life happens. You may request forgiveness of fine by applying to the Library Director and explaining your circumstances.
What to Include in Your Request
- Full name
- Contact information (email and/or phone number)
- Library card number
- A brief explanation of your circumstances
How to Submit
You can submit your request in one of two ways:
- In person: Fill out a paper form at the front desk during library hours.
