Learn how to use play to support family connection. Join this playful child and guardian centred play program and learn a few tricks and tips along the way. Bring your 3 to 5 year old child!

PLAYshop provides families with fun, easy, brief, and low-cost active play ideas, supports family connection and boosts children's growth. It is delivered by physical activity leaders in your community.

This is a free 60 to 75 minute workshop and is part of a research study (University of Alberta and University of Victoria; study lead Dr. Valerie Carson). Participants complete 2 brief surveys during the workshop, receive free access to resources to support play, and all information collected is kept confidential.
