Knit & Crochet Social

Every Thursday afternoon the Library hosts a cozy group of crafters. If you knit, crochet, or have a similarly portable textile based hobby, you should come and try it out.

This is a social event for self-directed individuals to bring their personal projects.

January Catch-up

An enthusiastic group of youth attended our teen zone mural planning meeting to contribute their ideas and opinions towards a potential design.

We had an amazing turnout (around a hundred people) for Science World on the Road!

As far as changes within the library itself, we've acquired a pair of beanbag chairs- alas, they're also for the teen zone, but goodness are they comfortable.

Oh, and our eggs have hatched! They're still sensitive to the light, but you should peek in when you get a chance. They're in their alevin stage and still have yolks attached to their bellies, so they aren't proper swimmers yet.

Your Prince Rupert Library card also provides access to CELA and Libby. If you have any questions about these available services, please ask at the circulation desk.
