Discussion about contract negotiations.
Upcoming Trustee expiration dates, financial updates given to trustees by JZ
Discussion about Prince Rupert Regional Community Fund (PRRCF), deposited funds of Friends of the Libary and others, and need for a written understanding. AJ will follow up and report back to Library Board.
Tim reported about NCLF situation. 2013 was a rough year for the Federation. 2014 is improving. Tentative NCLF budget to be developed during week of Jan 27-31. New coordinator job description has passed, hopefully new coordinator will be hired soon.
