Meeting commenced at 7:04 pm.

• Motion by GG to accept agenda, seconded by AW. Passed.

• In-camera meeting discussing Collective Agreement negotiations
• Return to regular meeting
• Motion for Board to form a committee to consider Chief Librarian contract; motion made by SL, seconded by DF, Passed. Committee to consist of Glenn Groulx, Brent Patriquin and Devlin Fernandes.
