Meeting commenced at 7:05 pm.

Motion to accept Board Chairperson's report and Librarian’s Report (i.e. AGM report) by DF, seconded by CK, passed.
JZ directed to send copies of AGM report our donors, the Northern View, North Coast Review online Blog, City Council, perhaps CityWest and City Hall Front Desk.
Elections for Library Board Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson:
GG acclaimed Chairperson,
DF acclaimed Vice-Chariperson, CK alternate Vice-Chairperson
Motion to adjourn the AGM by AW, seconded by CD, Passed.

Regular May 9 2018 Library Board Meeting

Present: Cary Dalton (CD), Devlin Fernandes (DF), Glenn Groulx (GG), Chelsea Keays (CK), Stephanie Lysyk (SL), , Brent Patriquin (BP), Dale White (DW), Andrea Wilmot (AW), Joe Zelwietro (JZ, Chief Librarian)

Meeting commenced at 7:25 pm

Acceptance of the agenda, motion by BP, seconded by AW, passed
Motion to accept previous meeting minutes by AW, seconded CK, passed
In-camera meeting re: Collective Negotiations.
Board and JZ discussed Library involvement in upcoming Seafest celebrations. JZ will report back to Board in late May.
Motion to adjourn by AW, seconded by CD at 8:15pm
