Present: Cary Dalton (CD), Devlin Fernandes (DF), Glenn Groulx (GG), Chelsey Keays (CK), Stephanie Lysyk (SL), Brent Patriquin (BP), Dale White (DW), Andrea Wilmot (AW); Joe Zelwietro (JZ- Chief Librarian)

Meeting commenced at 7:03 pm.

• Motion to accept Discussion agenda items by AW, seconded by DF, passed.
• Presentation to the Board by DF on strategic planning
• Discussion about the need for trustees to form committees for upcoming work
• Motion that the Library Board will form four committees with the following trustees:
  • Strategic Planning Cmte. (DF, GG, DW, AW)
  • Fundraising/Grantfinding Cmte. (CK,GG)
  • Library Director and Trustee Review Cmte. (CD, BP, SL)
  • City Relationship Cmte. (CD,SL, DW, new City Representative)

  Motion made by GG, seconded by CK, passed.

• JZ updated the Board on the agreement about wage rates for length of contract
• Motion to adjourn by AW, seconded by DF, passed
