| 6.1 | The committee is working on the first selected policy, which will be ready for board ratification by the next meeting in April. | |
| 7. | NEW FACILITY COMMITTEE UPDATE | |
| 7.1 | Next meeting for this committee is set for March 20th. The board will be updated at its April 16 meeting. | |

| 8.1 | Friends of the Library AGM to be held in the Library's Multipurpose Room on March 27, 2025 at 7pm. | |
| 8.2 | Seed Exchange on March 8th was a big success, with 55 attendees. | |
| 8.3 | Discussion around having staff members present at board meetings to highlight their work. Plan will be to have a guest staff presenter every second month/meeting. | |
| 8.4 | M. Taylor provided update on Orca Skull display, email newsletter for patrons, and recent outreach. | |
