This is not only for the bread available on auction night, but three more loaves, delivered to your door once a week. (If you live in Prince Rupert…) Chelsea’s inspiration was the book Sourdough by Sarah Owens; unfortunately we don’t have that title and have substituted The Tassajara Bread Book by Edward Espe Brown, that taught a generation to bake bread and that includes recipes for sourdough.
