Fines Forgiveness
Apply for Fines Forgiveness
You may make a request for forgiveness of fine by applying to the Chief Librarian and explaining your circumstances. Please include:
- Full name
- Contact information (e-mail and/or phone)
- Library card number
- A brief explanation of your circumstances
This information can be submitted:
- Using a paper form, at the front desk when we are open.
- By e-mail to: deplib@citywest.ca
