Sean Brown: Tuques by Mary Bond generously donated to the library, this collection of tuques is made in a variety of styles, colours and yarns. Mary has been knitting for over 70 years and uses only high quality fibres for her projects. Auction separately. Paired with “Fine & Fanciful Hats to Knit” by Anna Zilboorg.
A- in Pima cotton, Flamingo colour, fronded chevron lace & cables with waved trim
B- varigated, charcoal/purple/plum colour
C- in Peruvian Highland wool, violet colour, twisted cable with open lace bends
D- in Pima cotton, honeydew colour, reverse chevron with waved trim
E- in Highland wool, periwinkle clour, Art Nouveau trim
