33. Full-size Quilt and Book by Diann Morneau

Diann Morneau: Full-size Quilt and Book: 60’X 60” patchwork quilt in fall colours, backed with soft plum plush fabric for extra coziness, accompanied by seasonal heart-warming stories: this is all about comfort and warmth. Diann’s mother Patricia Lovegren started the quilt and Diann has lovingly finished it since her mother died. Patricia, after raising her children and retiring from her long-time job at Safeway, devoted the rest of her life to volunteering in Kitimat, at the Legion, the Seniors’, the Salvation Army and the Library Board. Paired with “A Cup of Comfort for a Better World” that celebrates “those who give, care and volunteer.”
