11 - Stone Soup Pottery donated by Sharon Trew

This pottery was hand made by potter Katie Louise Morris, and the set includes the book, box, bowl, plate and the stone. These items are microwave and dishwasher safe, though sudden temperature changes could crack the pottery, and hand washing will extend the pottery's life.

10 - Slipper Socks by Dagmar Ohman

"Left foot, left foot, left foot, right; feet in the morning, feet at night." begins The Foot Book, and with these multicolor knit socks, your feet will be warm any time of day. These socks are "one size fits most" by women's 7-9 would be the best fit. Gentle machine wash and hang to dry and/or finish off in the dryer.

09 - Sequoia and Alder End Table by Alan Carl

Standing at about 22" (56 cm) high, the top for this table was from a log found on a local beach that must have floated up from northern California. The legs are from a tree in Alan Carl's backyard.

06 - Bitty Bungalow Quilt by Sue Sullivan, quilted by Joan McCann

This Bitty Bungalow quilt is 41" x 57", making this cozy, comfy quilt best as a lap quilt or a child's quilt. It's backed by a soft fabric called "Fireside in matted grey and topped with cotton.

05 - Triangle Scarf Knit by A Library Knitter

This knitted triangle scarf is made with Berrocco Vintage yarn made of 52% acrylic, 40% wool and 8% nylon. It needs to be machine washed in cold water and lay flat to dry.

04 - Sunset Stripe Socks by Janice Astawa

These socks are made of superwash wool and nylon, and are approximately a women's size 9. Inspired by other sock-knitting ladies of her group, this pattern is a tried and true favourite. Janice has a rule of no buying yarn until the existing supply is used up, but on vacation at a yarn shop...well, some rules are made to be broken.

02 - Handmade Wooden Flute with Outdoor Musician Gloves by Barb Leonard

The book Sound Tracks is about musical archeological finds, back to hollow bird bones played in prehistory. The yarn for the gloves contains 32% nettle which has been used in fabric making since the Bronze Age. (The book is not included in this auction.)
