Laura wrote “This antipasto recipe appeared in the Trail Daily News over 60 years ago. My mom tried it, liked it and a tradition was born! Antipasto means 'before the meal' (aniti-(before) & pasto-(meal)).Traditionally the first course in an Italian meal is a variety of cold cuts, melons, pickles, cheeses, olives, etc. This the bottled variety of the first course. Buon Appetito." We have chosen Perfect Italian by Parragon Books to accompany this donation. Laura would like to see a minimum bid of $10 per pint.
